MUHAMMAD IMRAN HADI – FCA – SENIOR PARTNER
Mr. Imran, with over 27 years of experience, is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and has been a member of ICAP since 1996. He also holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in the field of commerce, economics, finance and accounting. He completed his chartered accountancy training from Ernst & Young, Karachi, Pakistan.
During 1996, he moved to Ernst & Young, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia where he worked as Consultant for more than 8 years. He developed in depth knowledge of Saudi accounting, tax, zakat and outsourcing environment. His clientele included multinational companies like General Electric (GE), Lockheed Martin, Lucent Technologies, Huawei Telecom, Axa-Insurance, Sumitomo Insurance, etc.
He then joined Nokia, the largest telecom company at the time, as CFO during 2004 and remained there till 2012. Nokia worked with outsourced accounting environment this gave him rich experience of outsourced working. He was CFO for MEA sub-region spanning a total of 8 countries (UAE, Lebanon, Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Afghanistan, Iran & Pakistan). He was part of Leadership Team of NSN as well as Director Finance of legal entities of NSN.
Since 2012, He has been practicing his own consulting services with major focus on outsourced accounting, bookkeeping sales tax (VAT) and other taxes. He excels in fields of finance and accounting, Business Process Outsourcing, taxation, audit, international business and finance negotiations and foreign investments.
REHAN USMANI – DIRECTOR
Mr. Rehan Usmani is finalist of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). He also holds Bachelor’s degrees in the field of commerce, economics, finance and accounting. He completed his chartered accountancy training from Ernst & Young, Karachi, Pakistan in 1996.
He has more than 27 years of experience in the field of finance, controlling, financial projections, planning, accounting, sales tax (VAT), dealing with tax, and other statutory departments.
He specializes in bookkeeping, financial accounting, internal and external reporting, feasibility, capital and revenue budgeting, sales tax (VAT), withholding tax, income tax, and other taxes and duties.
MOIZ SAJJAD – MANAGER
Mr. Moiz holds ACCA membership. He is also CA Finalist. He completed his article ship from Deloitte, Yusuf Adil Saleem & Co.
He has more than 10 years of experience in Financial Accounting, Taxation and Auditing. He has extensive knowledge of full cycle accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, costing and fixed assets. He has practical experience of applying International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) and International Accounting Standards (IASs). He has sound knowledge of International Auditing Standards (ISAs) and Taxation Laws. He has working experience in Sun Financials, HCMS (Payroll Management/Accounting Software), MFF Vision reporting application, FMC (Cost Control Software), Dolphins, QuickBooks.2018 Retail.R3. He is expert in development, implementation and maintenance of clients accounting systems, financial control, internal control procedures and internal audit services, Quality Assurance Review (QCR) ICAP and External Audit.
SYED MUHAMMAD FAHAD – MANAGER
Syed Fahad holds Masters & Bachelors degrees in the field of Economics & Finance.
He has more than 11 years of experience in the field of bookkeeping, management reporting and external reporting. He is expert in managing multiple tasks successfully & coordination with customers.
